Rates & fees. Our rates may vary based on service type, parts used, emergency or after-hours service, and travel distance. Any taxes, disposal fees, or special-order charges will be identified on your estimate or invoice where applicable.
Payment terms. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the work. We may accept cash, check, and major credit or debit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure materials or scheduling.
Appointments. We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window. Because of traffic, weather, and unexpected repair complexity, times are estimates—not guarantees. If we expect a significant delay, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you.
Property access. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the garage door, opener, and all areas where work will be performed, including clearance for ladders, tools, and parts. Pets must be secured, and any safety hazards must be disclosed before we begin work.
Cancellations & rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. For same-day cancellations, we may charge a service call or trip fee to cover technician time and travel.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms may vary by service type, manufacturer, and parts used. Your technician will explain any applicable warranties at the time of service and they may also appear on your invoice or work order.
Except as expressly stated in writing, we provide services on an “as-is” basis and disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
